Popular American online streamer and YouTube personality Darren Watkins Jr., widely known as IShowSpeed, shared a light-hearted moment with Seyi Tinubu, the son of President Bola Tinubu, during the 2026 FIFA World Cup final on Sunday.

The friendly exchange took place in the VIP section of the New York New Jersey Stadium, where Seyi Tinubu attended the match with his children and other family members. Dressed in a Spain jersey, he watched as Spain defeated defending champions Argentina 1-0 after extra time to win the 2026 FIFA World Cup.

A video captured during IShowSpeed’s livestream showed one of Seyi Tinubu’s associates informing the content creator that the president’s son was present at the stadium. Curious, the streamer approached the family, exchanged greetings with them and happily posed for photographs with the children.

Welcoming the internet star, Seyi Tinubu said, “It is nice meeting you.”
