Kunle Remi Shares How Fatherhood Has Reshaped His Perspective On Life

Nollywood actor Kunle Remi has opened up about how becoming a father has changed his outlook on life and influenced the way he approaches certain aspects of his acting career.

Remi made the revelation during a conversation with media personality VJ Adams, who asked the actor about the changes he had experienced in his perspective since welcoming his child.

Responding, Remi explained that fatherhood had introduced a new sense of responsibility and significantly altered the way he views different aspects of life.

“Ah, it’s different when you become responsible for a human being. My perspective changed in different aspects,” the actor said.

Remi also discussed how becoming a father has affected his attitude towards performing stunts, an aspect of his profession that he has previously embraced.

According to the actor, he has always enjoyed doing his own stunts and taking on physically demanding roles. However, having a child has made him more conscious of the risks associated with such activities.

“As an actor, right, I’ve always wanted to be – I do my stunts,” he said while explaining the shift in his approach.

The actor further highlighted the impact of having a daughter, suggesting that his responsibilities as a parent now influence how he assesses professional risks.

“I have a daughter now, man,” he added.

Although Remi remains committed to his acting career and passion for challenging performances, his comments suggest that fatherhood has introduced a greater sense of caution.

For the actor, the responsibility of raising a child has brought a new perspective to decisions that once appeared to involve only his personal ambitions and career.
