Egbuson, who has featured in YouTube productions, has expanded his acting career beyond traditional cinema releases and mainstream streaming platforms.
For years, some filmmakers and actors have viewed cinema releases and major streaming services as more prestigious and financially rewarding than films distributed directly through YouTube.
However, the increasing popularity of online content has created alternative opportunities for filmmakers to reach audiences and generate income.
Changes in the operations of international streaming platforms have also encouraged some Nigerian producers to explore YouTube as another distribution channel.

His humorous reflection also underscores the importance of adaptability and financial sustainability in Nigeria’s evolving film industry.
