GehGeh Breaks Silence on Wedding Backlash, Challenges Critics to Produce Evidence

Nigerian content creator and founder of the GehGeh School of Marriage, GehGeh, has responded to the backlash trailing his recent wedding, insisting he never advised anyone against getting married.

The social media personality has faced criticism since news of his private wedding to his partner, Mary, surfaced online on Saturday.

Reacting to the criticism, GehGeh took to X to defend himself, challenging critics to provide evidence that he had ever instructed people not to marry.

“I never for once told y’all not to get married. Did I? If yes, show me a video of me telling you not to marry,” he wrote.

His statement quickly sparked fresh reactions online, with several users sharing old videos in which GehGeh reportedly declared that he would never get married and described marriage as a “financial mistake” and a “scam.”
