Nollywood actress Paschaline Alex has embraced a new chapter in her life after welcoming her first child.

The Jenifa’s Diary star announced the joyful news while sharing a series of maternity photos with her followers on Instagram. Reflecting on her pregnancy journey, the actress opened up about how motherhood has given deeper meaning to something she had often heard people say about becoming a mother.

Paschaline explained that people often say motherhood changes a woman, and she now understands the statement from personal experience.

Looking back at her maternity pictures, the actress said she sees more than just a pregnant woman. She sees someone gradually stepping into motherhood while still learning and trying to understand what the new phase of life would bring.

She admitted that her pregnancy journey came with different emotions. While there were moments when she felt completely prepared for motherhood, there were also days when she had no idea what she was doing.
